Performance A single Pad will get you through an entire day of your cycle; just change your Liner as needed. Liners will last approximately as long (per use) as a comparably-sized disposable pad or tampon. Unlike most disposable pads, Lunapads do not contain any added chemicals, gels, or super absorbent polymers. Given this, Lunapads users need to be mindful of changing the Liner insert as frequently as their flow dictates in order to prevent soaking through the Pad. Frequent changing of the Liners significantly enhances the comfort and performance of the Pad. Lunapads will last upwards of 5 years with recommended usage and care. Many of our customers report they still own some Lunapads from 10 years ago!Nickel-free, Silver-plated brass single snap fastening.Lunapads can be washed by hand or machine in any temperature with your regular detergent. Pre-soaking or rinsing in cold water prior to washing is recommended (but not always necessary) particularly if the pads are heavily saturated. Please note that if Lunapads are being soaked, soaking water must be changed daily. We recommend natural cleaning products such as Nellie's All Natural Laundry Soda for regular cleaning, and Buncha Farmers Stain Remover to perk up stained pads. One difference is that there are no marks, inscriptions or symbols on its inner and outer surfaces. Therefore maintenance is very easy. The shape and surface of the bottom part and of the stem is adapted for easier removal/insertion thanks to its raised bumps. The thickness of the silicone material used is adapted to provide maximum flexibility, thus ensuring the best possible feeling during use. Low pressure openings are designed so as to prevent possible running through. Dimensions Size S(mall) - diameter 40mm; length 46mm; length of the stem 19mm; volume 15,5ml Size L(arge) - diameter 46mm; length 53mm; length of the stem 13mm; volume 26ml The 19/13mm stem, can be shortened to the length you find most suitable by simply using a sharp knife or scissors. The stem can be removed entirely as well, however. please be careful not to cut into the bottom of the LadyCup!

Change pad every 2-6 hours or as needed. When you are away from home, place the used pads in a Mini Bag until you return home. Then wash per care instructions. Avoid washing the pads in public facilities. Pink Daisy pads are meant for personal use only, and should not be shared with others. HOW MANY DO YOU NEED? For one cycle, we recommend between 6-12 small/medium pads and 1-3 large pads, depending on how heavy your flow is and how long your periods normally last. Wash your Pink Daisy pads prior to first use. General wash & care: Rinse or soak in cold water. Hand or machine wash cold or warm cycle. Line dry or tumble dry. Do not use fabric softener. It will coat the pads and make them water repellent and reduce their absorbency. Be aware that if you use dryer sheets in your dryer for other laundry this can coat your dryer and transfer to your pads. Do not use bleach. This will cause the fabric's fibers to break down. It will also cause the waterproof layer of the pad to de-laminate. Stains. Should staining occur, try laying your pads out in the sun, or use an oxygen-based bleach.
